    Default Uffiliates contact details

Does anyone have a contact at uffiliates / 888 who will reply? Can't raise a reply from support. Can't get through by phone on the advertised UK 0800 support number (either engaged or not working). Has anyone been paid for February or is it just us they forgot as they are usually punctual? Bit worrying all recent threads here have been archived. They seem to have cut ties with this forum?

888 can be a bit of a nightmare to get in touch with...

Uffiliates also aren't on the GPWA home page - guessing they're not a sponsor any more. Any comment from Michael et al as to whose decision that was? (eg: did they not renew or did they get kicked out)

Javier is 1 of the best managers in there. I work with 10 programs, Javier and Lotos Affiliates are the best manager support for affiliate account.

Thanks for all your help with this. I have now got a response. It appears I am a victim of significant negative rollover from the previous month.
The thing is they never used to have negative rollover. Does anyone know when this changed? It may have been years ago or it may have been last month for all I know. It appears to me the terms have changed a lot. They seem to have "revenue share" where they pay 10% on sports!!!! and "progressive revenue share" where they pay 20%. Looked at the terms but still can't work out the difference between the two revenue share tariffs. No idea which we would be on - probably the laughable 10%. Their tariffs are pretty complicated and dependent on many different factors. Does not look at all affiliate friendly anymore.

UPDATE: They now tell me it was always negative rollover so maybe my old notes were wrong - i promoted them before uffiliates ever existed (which started Jan 1 2005 according to my old emails, prior to that they were with "Befree"). Does anyone else remember them ever having no negative rollover?

I have an email saying 888 isn't negative carry over for sports, but was for casino "common with most programs". So I would double check this, as they may be trying to pull a fast one

Thanks. They are now paying the worst rev share rate I have ever seen on sports in the history of affiliate marketing (they retrospectively slashed it and told nobody) so obviously it has become uneconomic to promote them for sports. That devious behaviour casts a shadow over all their products for me. It has become an amazingly affiliate-unfriendly program. I think they think referrals fall into our laps and cost us nothing so we should not be paid for them ie: they are totally clueless. Seems to be a theme with the affiliate programs managed in that part of the world.

I hate to say this, but 888 treating affiliates poorly doesn't surprise me at all. This is a group that had a fantastic reputation pre UIGEA, then with the loss in revenue hit started treating players in other jurisdictions poorly. The players i know have found getting responces from their customer services like pulling teeth and for a group that used to be a market leader and still pretends they are their casino software platform is remarkable out of date.

Alongside this i don't much like their affiliate program - never worked with them, but the sites i see their adverts turning up on (specifically the non-gambling sites) most other affiliate programs wouldn't work with and make me seriously question their integrity.

Did anybody actually ever uncover any contact details for them by the way?
