    Default UK laws

    Hello,
gambling is ilegal in my country, but online gambling don't (only servers can't be here). I have a awesome casino script, for 2 years i've been setting up to get it online. Now is OK. People from UK host services said to me that is not ilegal host my casino, even without license. Is that so? Can I do that?

    Thanks for everybody.

You should discuss this with a lawyer, and it should be one with some experience in gaming law.

I would think the short answer to that is NO.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

The way things are right now, I really wouldn't take any chances. You need to seek legal advice if you are serious about things such as this!

    Thanks,
so host operators should be more carefully. What could happens to me? Crime there or here?
In time: the casino will be only for brazilians, by firewall other coutry IP won't be able to load the site, only a error will be there.

Well, to act as an operator or acting as an affiliate are two very different sectors.

To even think about acting as an operator without consulting an attorney I would think is foolish.

Sorry, I just re-read what you are trying to do. I think I would 150% mirror what Rick has said, if you're thinking of doing any sort of operator work, without the correct licence, then this will get you in serious trouble and maybe even jailed. It's extremely risky, and I would SERIOUSLY recommend you seek advice on it.

In Brazil gambling is ilegal, but is not crime, is contravention. If you have a ilegal casino and the cops bust the place down, you go to the local PD sings a statement and go home, few months later you got judged, pay a fine, community services or other thing. But you don't got jailed. I think the only thing that could happen to me is that. Online or not, the law is the same.
