UK Taxes

Hi all

Just a heads up that the UK tax fees have been added to the RA backend today.
You'll be able to see these on the dashboard by clicking the Gaming Taxes and Fees link above the Grand Total.

If you notice anything that looks strange, please hit me up immediately via email so I can have it sorted.
