Unibet support tald my palyer you have no rights

Unibet support told my player you have no rights because you are here signed up over partner site.

Sick. It is simple double points promo everybody has it but my player not, because he came from partner site ???

So what is the message from unibet? Hey you have no full rights as a player because you came to us over affiliate site, tell that your friends.

Does not seem right. I have had great contact with Unibet over many years.

Are you sure you have the right and current promo on your site?

That promo is not on my site

that promo is simple promo for all unibet players

that is the main problem. This promo is on unibet's site.

And they say to player, hey you are not qualified for unibet promo because you came ove affiliate site.

Weird, I would ask my AM about this.

Have you contacted him?
Even if a player comes through you link he or she should be able to benefit from all casino promos. It doesn't matter if the player comes from an affiliate link.

Email your Affiliate Manager asap.

That is for shure. In my case unibet support tald to my player this nonsense!

My aff manager is Erik Hllquist but it takes days to respond if he responds and yes I contacted him.

Please let us know here what the resolution is - because if Unibet really are treating affiliate linked players as second class accounts then that would be a hugely negative development.

Hopefully - we will get some clarification.

As I started with unibet after they leave tradedoubler I was among first affiliates and I asked right away: whether my sportbook commission affects poker or vice versa, they told me:
"NO. Your poker commission is separated just like your sites are separated business."
This year I got in two months in a row big minus with sportbook and with that all may poker work just gone 0 in earnings. If I know that I would never promote sportbook and poker with same account just like my sportbok and poker site are separate business.

I got email from unibets Croatian marketing guy - 2010/7/19 Damjan Trumbic <damjan.trumbic@unibet.com>

His original message in Croatian:

Ja isto mislim da je to pravilo glupo. Ali nisam 100% siguran da je tako. Nama su igraci koji nisu preko affiliate ’draži’ jer zadrzavamo više, možda je zbog toga. Ako mu stvarno toliko znače ti bodovi mogu se raspitat da ga stavimo na to.

And this is the translation:

I also think it's a stupid rule. But I'm not 100% sure that it does. We have players who were not through an affiliate 'prefer' it retains more, perhaps because of it. If he really mean so much to these points may ask to be put on it.

No word about and why support talks to my players as if they are second class accounts. But they did it and this is not the first time.

I'm ******* MAD now, I invest so much money and time to get players and what do I get, this is first class FRAUD

Big damage is already done, if unibet's sopport talk to all my players such a nonsense (and not just talk, acutuali act upon it) what can they do to make this good again? In my opinion, nothing.

What I said is: if the rule is to treat affiliated players differently then it's a stupid rule. But I am not 100% sure it is so (the rule). We obvisouly have more revenue from non-affiliated players. If he really wants these points I can ask and see what we can do.<O

The Unibet Team are closely studying the player issues brought up by this thread. We have contacted all product teams concerning this matter, and we hope to have a definitive reply to the issues that have been stated regarding this Unibet Promotion. Please bare with the Unibet Affiliate team and we shall have a full detailed response as to why these actions have been taken. <o></o>

I would also like to add that I have spoken to our Croatian Campaign Manager Damjan Trumbic, and he would like to point out, that the communication that was had between himself and the affiliate was of a private nature, he has also noted that in his comments posted on this thread, there was much meaning lost from the Croatian to English translation – these issues can occur when dealing in an global business environment .

communication of a private nature? what a f... is making this conversation private? fine he doesn't know so no problem there.

But tell me why is Croatian support know that my players are not directly signed up with unibet and use that to restrict them of simple promotions!? That is the question.

And can you clearly say WE DO NOT RESTRICT PLAYERS SIGNED UP WITH AFFILIATES!
This is most important thing, is unibet telling his support to speak like that or is this one big mistake?
