I would certainly hope that Unibet doesn't treat affiliate referred players any differently than they treat players that are not affiliate referrals. I think the backlash would be quite devastating for Unibet if that is the case.

absolutely agree - this is the key item for discussion.
We currently recommend unibet based on our play experience there and the promotions, offers and odds available on the site. If our referred players cannot take part in promotions simply because we referred them - then we will drop Unibet immediately as an unsuitable business partner.
And as for claiming a "private conversation" between an affiliate manager and an affiliate discussing affiliate business ??? Which what part of that scenario makes it private?
That's a poor attempt to divert the conversation fom the message within that business discussion. let's get back to a very simple question :
- Are affiliated players treated differently to non-affiliated players?
And if not - why are people saying this is so?!
@TheGooner TRUE.
And people are saying so because unibets support talks like that with my players.
Got this from Erik today:
Roughly translated:Jag är fullt medveten om problemet och inväntar svar från kollegor.
Håller givetvis med om att spelare rekryterade från Affiliates skall få ta del av ”vanliga” Unibet-erbjudanen men väntar på besked och beslut i frågan.
Med vänlig hälsning
Erik
/HakanI am fully aware of the problem and waiting for answers from colleagues.
I do agree that players recruited from the Affiliates shall be able to share "ordinary" Unibet offers but are awaiting a decision on the matter.
Hakan, thank you.
Today is Wednesday and we contacted unibet multi-way posted here on the forum and we got no real answer from anyone yet.
Was this an accidental error, or is this real unibet politics? (to limit affiliate players)
Why does unibets customer support talking to players that way anyway? (hey you should sign up directly or you are no good to us so you can not participate in all promos)
Why can't anybody from unibet answer this in 5 days?
Hi webmacho,
Unibet is by players for players, and it is our intention to give our players the best experience possible, regardless of which channel they come to play with us.
It seems the player was led to believe they were not getting the loyalty promotion, (which can double, triple or quadruple the number of poker VIP points a player generates in a month), because the player is affiliated to one of our partners. This is not the case and we would like to apologise for the miscommunication.
The promotion the player wanted to claim is open to all poker players who do not also receive a similar VIP points/Rake based promotion in the same month. This rule applies to players who get these promotions, regardless of them being affiliated or not.
The player has been contacted to rectify this miscommunication, I have spoken with the heads of poker and customer service respectively to ensure this cannot happen again. Thank you for your patience in this matter and have a good weekend.
Best Regards,

I'm glad to hear that, Ahsan. I hope that you teach that Croatian unibet players support a lesson, because they have told to my player.. you know what.
