US companies are not welcome in tax heavens. If you go through the hassle some other solution would be handy.

But for sure - as anytime in business - I would not go to popular destinations. This is not party at Ibiza. It is best to go somewhere, where no other people go. I am recently residing myself and part of the business to one small South American country, which is not known as tax paradise, but yet has 0% taxes from abroad. But even there US citizens and businesses are not welcome, because it is too much hassle with your authorities.
