Silver Oak is known for not paying players. It's a rogue casino. Good US casinos are hard to find as most of them are rogue and abusing the situation of US gamblers. Perhaps you should have a look at NJ-licensed casinos ?

I haven't seen any issues with Silveroak in the past few years. They had plenty issues till 2011-2012, but since then I've seen only 1 case and it was also rather grey, due to player no abiding the bonus terms. Maybe I'm wrong though

Betting partners are great. Deckmedia - Miami doesn't convert for me either, but their other casinos are much better, uptown aces, slots capital.
