Just to give you a quick update on the US payment method situation:

Effective immediately, Neteller has updated their business policy and will no longer allow deposits/withdrawals from gambling sites by US members/players. The Non-US markets however, remain unaffected and business will continue as usual on that front with both members and players being able to transact via Neteller.

Citadel and their ECheck product will also no longer be operational for US players.

We still have a number of e-cash options available to players to ensure that they can still pay and play at the casinos. Currently, the main deposit methods for US players are Click2Pay, EziPay (A PaySpark product available by invitation) and Credit Card.

With regard to retaining US based players and assisting new ones, every effort is being made on our side to ensure that they are well informed and that the transition takes place as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently have a full compliment of our highly trained and professional customer support staff on hand, who are handling both incoming player queries, and contacting players personally to assist them in moving over to new payment methods.

And with regard to Affiliate Payments, if you are based in the US and currently use Neteller as your preferred payment method, please ensure that you choose one of our alternative payment methods including PaySpark, Click2Pay, Wire, Check or ACH. Please visit the Payment Details section of your affiliate account to update your details or e-mail us if you'd like to use PaySpark or Click2Pay and we'll update the information for you.
