Just a heads up

Neteller requires - among other documents - a signed contract from a certain affiliate program I work with.

I have none so what do as a screenshot is not good enough.

I have send a complaint to the FCA.org.uk but no reply yet.

For the time being I changing all Neteller payment options to wire.

I've spent the last money in my Neteller-account last week, didn't use it anymore to receive payments. Will use it neither anymore for any payments or whatever.

Same thing for Skrill.

My bank recently asked me to provide signed contracts with some of the affiliate programs. I have been with this bank for 10+ years there was never any issue. They say this is coming from their headquarters. Compliance, anti-money-laundering and so on and so forth.

It seems that a lot of anti-money-laundering stuff is going on behind the scenes...

We've had issues becuase we were transparent to our affiliate marketing activities. Ultimately, they were uncomfortable and did not want to understand OR take the risk of having these activities in their bank. As the banks tighten I only see crypto currencies as a solution.

I only use Neteller for payments from Neteller affiliate program. And I even wanted to change that yesterday (but you can't). My account went -1100 € in negative - yes, negative Neteller balance - because they double charged some 6-7 items in my history. It's been two days and it's still not fixed.

Is this the only affiliate program that they require a signed contract from? Would you mind sharing the name of the affiliate program? All sponsors should offer Bitcoin as a form of payment. That would make life easier for everyone.

It would be great, but will take a lot of time. I do not know any single affiliate program non-facing US, that is using bitcoins. They do not care. We need to demand btc payments from affiliate managers. Even 1xbet who have btc as payout method do not offer btc.

To switch to btc only for affiliates is not easy and I can imagine costly (educate people, solve accounting...).

In fact, Bitstarz is powered by Softswiss, meaning that all Softswiss powered brands are offering BTC as a payment option. The problem is that Softswiss is releasing dozens of brands regularly and most of them die within a year.

As for Skrill and Neteller, we`ve stopped using them for affiliate payment purposes a while ago because of these reasons. From the perspective of affiliate manager, I find bitcoins much easier to deal with comparing to wires.

asked them if they are part of the money laundering operation cuz what else are those gambling ads used on a Electronic Money transfer Institute site.

They should know best there are no signed contracts in 99% of the cases, since Paysafe took over IncomeAccess managing thsemselves a string of brands... May be they are tough if you are from the UK as I've seen it in some other threads...

Yes, Bitstarz is BTC casino, they all of course pay in BTC. So I should say the only programs that do not explicitly offer Bitcoin gambling and pay in BTC are the US facing programs.

Bitcoin gambling is specific. From my experience it can target only people who already are into BTC or the Americans (who were forced into BTC). The masses are still untouched by bitcoin, but this year is hardcore: bitcoin exposure everywhere in media so collective unconscious is moving the right direction. Banking and gambling overregulation is needed for Bitcoin gambling to flourish. European union is trying to regulate everything, let's keep fingers crossed. Without bitcoin and deregulation through cryptocurrencies is whole affiliate industry done.

If/when bet365 (or spinoff) pays in bitcoin and accepts bitcoin, then the fair price of btc will be 50k at least, because it will mean, btc made it mainstream. We are not there.

Logic is not what is the foundation of big corporations. I bet most people from Neteller never heard of Income Access.

I had my accounts blocked by Skrill last year. They blocked also all accounts I was sending money to. It took maybe 2 months of crazy work to get them back and If I were not Silver VIP, I do not know how long it would go. Even the people I was sending money to had to explain so many bs in detail.

All Soft Swiss brands offer BTC as payment option, but I don't know if all do exchange currencies.
