The Utah Transit Authority has been offering free Wi-Fi for passengers using its TRAX and FrontRunner trains. However, there are a few restrictions when using this free service. And, this being Utah, it's not surprising that online gaming is one of them.
According to KSL 5 TV (and a host of other sources), passengers caught "viewing pornography, gambling or gaming Web sites using UTA's Web service" will face fines.
Utah is one of only two states (the other being Hawaii) without any form of legalized gambling.Transit police can issue a $300 fine for the first violation and a $500 fine for repeat offenders.
