The Utah Transit Authority has been offering free Wi-Fi for passengers using its TRAX and FrontRunner trains. However, there are a few restrictions when using this free service. And, this being Utah, it's not surprising that online gaming is one of them.

According to KSL 5 TV (and a host of other sources), passengers caught "viewing pornography, gambling or gaming Web sites using UTA's Web service" will face fines.

Transit police can issue a $300 fine for the first violation and a $500 fine for repeat offenders.
Utah is one of only two states (the other being Hawaii) without any form of legalized gambling.
