Default VAMOS CHILEEE!!! 1-0 vs Switzerland

Hi all!!! Just want to say that Iīm veryyyy happy for the 1-0 against Switzerland.
People here in Santiago are on the streets with flags, vuvuzelas, t-shirts, dancing and singing, is a crazy thing hahaha. I was also in the street celebrating the 6 points!

I donīt know what will happen to my Country in the next matches, maybe we come back home early or maybe not, but the thing is celebrating, be happy and have fun!!!

Wish you all luck supporting your teems!

Congrats on advancing, Chile looks like a real contender going into the next round.

a number of people where i live in canada have flags for their native/ancestral countries on their cars and homes. I've seen a bunch of Italian flags, some English, German and Serbian flags too.

Chile are NOT in the next round ... yet.

Spain and SWitzerland have chances to progress as Chile's failure to grab a good goal difference today still leaves the door open.

Switzerland face Honduras in their final game - and a win by 2+ goals would mean that the Swiss progress to the knockout rounds.

(assuming that Switzerland do win then) ... Chile face Spain in their final game - with Chile needing to win or draw - while Spain will need to win.

    Yes, thatīs the problem.
With 6 points matematicaly we have similar opcions as Cameroon has with 0. They need to win and other to loose.
    Letīs see what happens...

Ahh Nico, I just saw that on Sportscenter! Well, you can still celebrate the win, anyway. Just save some of the "local beverage" for the BIG party down the road a bit.

US has a similar dilemma, needing England to go down in flames, and needing to win themselves. Win the next game, and we're in!! Then we can share a beverage...Mt. Dew on ice for me, please.
