OK, this research appears to show, that it is with IE9 and above this happens and has been recreated in numerous countries, so it does not appear to be geographc at all.

Windows 8 installs with IE10 so that is automatic, Windows 7 installs with IE8 but IE9 is a standard update so most will get it unless they have custom updates set. (In fact I just earlier today did a fresh install of Windows 7 on a box and the first round of updates had IE9 selected as a recommended update)

The way I see it is that they should simply remove the javascript they have at the bottom of the page and what bugs me is that this issue has been going on since January ( Casino Meister forum thread ) yet the owners have done nothing about it.

I tried to contact my aff manager but there was no reply. I even contacted Vegas Sky casino support but they did not seem concerned.

I removed them from all my sites.
