    Default Videoslots Problem Again

    List Activities under the Customers Report does not seem to work for me for players registered as from the beginning of the month. Anyone else with the same problem?

    I hope it is a glitch but I would not surprised if it was turned off. This is NOT a step in the right transparency direction for Videoslots. It is funny how they always manage to give the affiliates less and less insight into the player stats while it should be the other way around. The amount of stats shown now is so minimal that there is almost no idea to login to the account anymore except at the end of the month.

    We are aware of the issue and are looking at a fix just bear with us its 100% a glitch we need to identify exactly what is causing it find the source and try resolve it and has nothing to do with transparency . if there is anything you need please get in touch and i can try assist you.

    No stats are working at all since yesterday (as far as I know). Are you working on resolving this Miles? Or is it another step towards 0% transparency from Videoslots?

    Not at all there have been a few issues reported in the last day or 2 that are being looked at .. its with our development guys and its being looked at we have logged all these issues withb them and just need to be patient while the isolate what is causing them and sort it out

    No 100% working this is a display issue that's all I know for now but we are trying to sort it as quickly as we can

    Payments will be settled and paid as usual this should not effect that at all but ... We usually try pay by the 15th if we do it sooner then great but but we do try

    No, payments are usually made before the 10th of each month. More like 7-8th. When did you change the dates (without notice ofc)?

    Nobody can blame you that you communicate too much with the affiliates. Lots of changes being made without telling us. You really need to step up the game now. You program has only become worse and worse the past year. You are walking down the wrong path imo.

    No what I said is we try make payments as quickly as possible so if we get it done by the 7th and 8th or earlier then we have Achieved something special but we may at times be delayed so the date we try ensure payments are done is by the 15th as I said if its done earlier then great so nothing has changed there in most cases we do get it done before the 15th

    miles thanks for the info. And thanks for keeping us affiliates updated.

    1 Question, i added my payment details. Everytime when i come back the Tax registration status is changed from Yes to No.
    my company is tax registrated but i cannot change this.
    Are there more affiliates that have the same issue?

    Thanks for this .. Yesterday we picked up a bug with updating payment information it may be related .

    I will add that to the long list of things that need attention.

    again to all our loyal affiliates i can only apologize the system really is a work in progress but i am confident we will get it to a point where everyone one or at least most of you are happy.

    No, the backend has not been fixed at all. It is just as empty and "broken" as ever before. Here are a few "key stats" that still are broken:
    -Avtice Players stats is not working.
    -Unique Depositors stats is not working.
    -Customer activity stats is not working.

    Then we have the shady transparency issues where Videoslots are not showing and/or hiding:
    -Deposit amount.
    -Deposits count.
    -Not showing any fees that is deducted (bank fee, license fee, operational costs, bonus fee, chargebacks etc etc).
    -No withdrawal stats.

    Also you can add that we are left out in the dark when it comes how NGR is calculated.

    Wake up Pokerface, there are way better programs out there with better transparency that takes their affiliate business more serious.
