Viewing player activity in NetRefer?

Is there any way to see player-by-player activity for a previous month with programs using netrefer? Like the stats you get for MTD in the player report, but for a previous month.

Only thing I can find are cumulative reports, but I need to dial down on a player by player level.

Kind of annoying if you cant...

in boylesports i go to customer reporting then run that then list activity, if that is any good

That just shows mtd revenue for each player and total revenue though, right? Unless I'm missing something there's no way to change the date.

I know I could go down looking at the detailed activity for each player one by one, but I'm trying to see all player activity in May (but in July) for example.

no mate, click customer > customer reporting > then search > scroll right and click list activity. If they have played/bet it will be listed from there first activity. Thats what happens with boylesports anyway mate

Thanks for the help mate. That just shows all activity on a player by player basis though - I'm trying to see all players with activity in May on the same page without having to go through hundreds of accounts one by one.

Like the player reports in IA - you can just set it to "May 2012" and it will show you all activity for that month for all players. See what I'm getting at?

oh right, im with you now. I'd drop aff dept an email mate and see if it can be done

It can be done, go into customer reporting and click advanced search, then tick the 'filter with the following activity dates' and the robert is your dads brother

Hi All,

In addition to the advanced search funtionality, we can also offer bespoke custom reports which are built tailored to your requirements (providing the metric exists in the system!). These reports can be emailed to you on a regular basis or you may use an XML feed to access them.

Any request for a custom report would have to come via your Affiliate Manager of course, since our business relationship is directly with the Operator, however I thought this might be useful for anyone who is not aware of this service.

Thanks for offering your input Louisa. Good to know the additional reports are there if we want to delve further.

Whilst we have you, can I ask - would NetRefer consider expanding the advanced search so that it not only shows players who were active in the selected month, but also the revenue for that month? Currently when doing that search there are only columns for Total Net Rev and MTD Net Rev - I'm sure a large number of affiliates would find it useful.

I think the wording on this part of this system is misleading because that information is already there for you, below is a definition of the 2 revenue columns;

Total net revenue - shows the total net revenue for that customer for the time period you've selected in the 'advanced search' section
Total net revenue MTD - shows the total net revenue for that customer for the current month, from the 1st to the current date

Let me know if I've misunderstood you but I think that should give you all the info you need.
