Hey everyone Virgin made a few minor changes to the T&C's and added "Germany" in a few areas of the exclusions list!

Seems like they are covering their tails and not letting any player in that can cause a problem with them. I can understand since Virgin is so well know and they have their hands into so many other businesses.

Agreed, but with one giant brush-stroke, why eliminate half the world if you are that concerned about being in the business of online gambling? Do something else with your business model.

Obviously, Virgin is successful. It hardly bodes well or even inviting for players and especially affiliates to conduct a business under such restrictive fear (real or imagined).
