Seems ok but there also seems to be issues with masking. Plus, this plugin seems to not work with some Cache plugins.

I use a simple php redirect, which resides in a folder that doesn't allow G access. No issues with adblocker, nor ranking (SEO) problems either.

If you have a solution for your static sites and pages, why not just use the same method on WP sites instead of yet another plugin?

Hi Happyfeet, I use the php redirect but do not have the code for no access to Google. Would you mind sharing please?

Assuming you're talking about blocking in robots.txt it would be:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /go/

This is a request, not a demand (you'd need to block in htaccess for that) but google does pay attention to it.

That's what I was thinking. From that massive adblocker thread it seemed to leave custom redirects alone that opened in the same window.

Of course who knows what's going to happen when google launches their built in adblocker for chrome, that could be a bit of a game changer.

The same page redirect or new tab,is not the best solution...
My 99% solution is a splash page/new tab. This works because i bypass adblock - fully

But now i need a plug for wp,but i find nothing

    example -> https://goo.gl/rCmuhs

Because many links would not go over addblock...this is why i want a splash page.

I'm as lost it seems as too are other members, to exactly what your seeking?
If you have a method that works on non-WP site(s), then I don't understand the logic in why you can't replicate this into WP.

In so far as the "splash page", different people, call different things, by different names.

My idea of a splash page is a borderless browser window, with everything stripped from it. (A chromeless window stripped of the conventional interface, such as titlebar, browser buttons, status bar etc)

This would certainly bypass because Ablock needs to load for it to function. And AFAIK if it's not being loaded/activated in the focus (current) wondow/browser, then it ain't going to block jack, cause, it ain't operational.

This would (imo) work fine for Desktop, not too sure about mobile/tablet though. But worth experimenting with.

My opinion is, instead of trying to beat/trick Adblock, figure out how to disable it from working in the current focus window/browser. This would make it reduntant proof (far more than trying to outsmart it, which seems to be an endeless cat and mouse game).

Your actually seeking a 'doorway' page. This is a page that redirects a visitor to another site. EG casino aff link

A "splash" page is something completely different!

I lean toward the same theory if it works on other sites, create the "doorway" page as happyfeet called it and then just link to those.
