VUE for SEO

Hi - I've had this debate with more than a few people over the years (probably more than a few on this forum), but I've yet to have a definitive answer, and I think third party/independent peers may give me a less emotional response.

Is building a site in Vue.JS with a WP frontend for the CMS, likely to be able to achieve better/same results as building a site in pure WP?

Based on my experience, CMS has second to none affect on your SEO. Building a site in vue.JS might give you more freedom in terms of dev however.
