    Default Wagershare - Betway

Sick of these thieving bastards locking accounts and not paying. Had a player last month (well the player played in September) lose £4k and suddenly when it comes to paying the account gets locked and earnings withheld for 6 months.
October another players earns me over $300, just checked the stats and surprise surprise that account has now been locked as well so no payment for another 6 months.
Went through my stats last month and since Feb this year I have sent them 80 odd players (by the way this is sports book players) and 15 of them have had account closed.

absolute bollocks that is, complete lie and con. Spoke to my aff manager last month, who thought it was funny, and he banged on about wagershare being a casino based aff program thats why these players keep closing accounts, IM NOT SENDING CASINO PLAYERS, THEY ARE SPORTS PLAYER.

I have given them 24 hours to provide written evidence for each of these closed account now or they will be getting a visit at their offices this week.

Furious with their tactics, beware people

    Thought I'd update this

I got a list of copied and pasted conversations that could quite easily be made up and then when I asked for the actual emails...... total silence

Also another 2 accounts have been closed this month, 3 for the month. absolute total bollocks. So out of the 11 players that have played, remember, these are sportsbook punters, 3 have asked for their accounts to be closed, yeah righto. It is safe to say I don't believe a word these chancers say

they did send me 6 bottles of wine though. My honest opinion is my aff manager is trying to be as up front as possible but is working for a brand/firm that cheats, lies and robs

You should run a promo and give away all six of those bottles of wine to six different players that move their betting accounts to a different provider.

It's not only the blocked players fact and the zero communication with them. I am facing a similar situation with them during the last 35 days, regarding a payment of only $200.

I get amazing funny excuses by mail every 2-3 days from their affiliate manager :

    - " Yes I did receive your invoice and sorry I did not respond. Payments are processes now on the 2nd Wednesday of each month."

After two weeks, and although to the general statement of my aff account writes that payment was sent on 13th :

    - " Please wait until tomorrow as sometimes there are delays from the Moneybookers" (lol)

    After another week :

    - " I just checked with our payments department and it seems that unfortunately there was a technical issue. They have suggested that the new payment will be made the first week of next month" ( !!!!! )

After another mail i sent, where i made fun of their excuses :

    - " I have requested this payment to be processed today and should be sent to your account today. Could you please contact me if you have not received the money by tomorrow. "

Guess what. NO payment arrived ever, not today, not tomorrow, not after three days.

All in all, i am trying for 35 days to get a small sum of 200$, and all i get is affiliate manager excuses and his robotized replies. I know that may its not his fault that he works to a company of crooks, but i have no other contact than aff manager.

    Avoid Wagershare/Betway for sure.

I have still not received the payment, and its getting very funny and irritating!

thought i should update this in the balance of fairness. my aff manager there seems to be going out of his way to sort this out. i am having a meeting with them next week to go through my queries etc and getting shown round the operation etc. they are paying for all my travel so it seems they are trying to resolve this

i'll update afterwards but hopefully i'll get to the bottom of the locked account issue which you can see on plenty of different threads on diffferent forums by different users

went and had the meting with them yesterday. obviously they could of made things up but they shown me the log chats for each player that had been closed/locked and I have no reason to doubt them to be honest.
They have built a bridge with me, a couple more still have to be built but it does look like they are not scamming, although the 6 month thing is crap. People who know me will vouch that I take people at face value and to be fair they were more than sound and basically bent over backwards to improve the situation. I was told though that the 6 month payment thing will not change as that is a decision that the owners have made.
my general thought are that basically they are honest, maybe too honest as they make it very obvious accounts have been locked, but they dont have the best reporting and also not the best structures in places regarding the 6 months thing but i don't think they are scammers anymore

Yes, thanks for highlighting this and all the info. They may be honest but it sounds like something is not right at all about the way they conduct their business.

Honest companies don't send out millions of spam e-mails with fake identifies. Wagershare are not honest.

To be completely fair to Wagershare, I haven't received anything either for a good few months now. But jeeez, they do it HARD when they decide to send spam.

They owe me over 2000 USDs in commissions ... and chances are that i wont see this money at all.

What can one do ? .... It's been months :/

    ------------

and by the way ... on this condition of getting a player or no pay, i did get a new paying player (my sister in law, so i was really sure they were playing dirty tricks on me) .... do you think the new player registration appeared on my stats ? (yes, i did give her the link she should use) ..... NO!

They are WITHOUT A DOUBT CHEATING on affiliates!
