Wagershare problem

I have to say that i am a pretty much experienced affiliate, but i really meet that kind of behavior from a respected company for the 1st time. I work with many companies, but experience such an attitude for the 1st time.

I've been sending players to Spinpalace/Betway (Wagershare) since AUG 11. And straight away i started experiencing some strange situation with them.
Among other players i sent them 4 highrollers during this period and all of them were banned. Each from a different country, because of a different problem, in different periods of time.

Wagershare account manager's side of the story:
The first player (played from AUG till OCT), after losing quite a lot, sent them a letter, asking to let him stop playing and to close his account. - ok, that makes sense.
The 2nd one (played from SEP till NOV) said that his computer was used by another person or something like this - that sounded weird, by whatever.

Until now i said "ok", although these things happened only with Spinpalace. The problem was that they delay the payment by 3 months to "insure" themselves against chargebacks. The funny thing was that they took the progressive contribution off my earnings for that player at the same month and not after 3, but whatever.

But all together i said fine and started sending them in January 11 again.

Here i have to say that they did pay after 3 months.

Now i experience a bigger problem. In January i had another highroller, this time from Denmark and in FEB, 1 month ago, i brought a player from Norway. The player made 110 deposits over 5 days and was playing like crazy. The account manager called me a few times to say "wow, you see, we do work well".
That continued for 1 week. Then i see boom - the same problem. Norwegian account is locked. Now the story is that "...they don't know exactly, but seems like a player didn't know that he/she had a debit account, not a credit one, blah blah blah. Norwegian police is involved, NO goverment, FBI, CIA, KGB, Mosad and all the rest...".
In addition 1 week ago i see that yes, the last big player account, this time is Danish is locked. For a change they don't know the reason exactly, it maybe due to the docs that Danes have to send.

Wagershare owe me around $18,000 for FEB and are going to pay $600 out of it. Regarding the rest of the sum - quiet. No one to speak to, the acc manager seems to have absolutely no authority to solve things whatsoever. All he says is "well, i don't know". I asked to speak with one of the bosses 1 week ago, no reply.

I do think they just don't give a damn about my business with them. They just keep ignoring me and won't bother even to update me on the situation. What would you advice to do in this case?

I would drop them like a hot potatoe until such time as they payed you or explained the matter to your satisfaction. There are a large number of good casinos to work with. Why make yourself crazy with people who do not have the ability to respond to you.

Let see what's going on with wagershare. This week I contacted them, they didn't pay the commissions for several months and now they owe me more than $70000 !
They said that I made a mistake with my bank details ! As I know, I didn't make any mistake.

Now, they say that they will pay next month, without any more information.
I'm quite disappointed. I just hope that they will pay next month, otherwise I will be quite sad, after sending so many players to spinpalace, rubyfortune and mummysgold for the past few years.
So, I will not promote WS for the moment, first I must get my wage !
