Warning About Working With ChinChin Partners!

We want to share our extremely negative experience working with ChinChin Partners and warn other affiliates to think carefully before cooperating with them.

The main issue is simple: when it comes to payments, they do not follow either their own Terms & Conditions or the written deal confirmations agreed upon during cooperation. Instead of relying on contractual obligations, they justify their decisions with vague statements such as “this is common practice in the industry,” which is completely unacceptable when real business agreements and significant amounts of money are involved.

From the very beginning of our cooperation, which lasted only a little over one month and was clearly insufficient to properly evaluate the real quality and long-term value of the traffic, they repeatedly raised concerns regarding traffic quality and ultimately used these subjective claims as a reason to unilaterally cut the FULL CPA amount without proper justification.

What makes the situation even worse is the lack of professional communication from their affiliate managers, Kasia (@LeadGambit) and Kate (@katechinp). The attempt to receive direct references to the applicable Terms & Conditions was either ignored or answered with subjective opinions rather than facts.

At no point did we agree to switch to an RS-only model, nor did we agree to arbitrary payment reductions based on undefined “industry practices.” A professional partnership should be based on transparency, mutual respect, and adherence to agreed terms - not unilateral decisions made solely in one party’s financial interest.

From our perspective, this behavior raises serious concerns about the reliability, transparency, and integrity of ChinChin Partners as a business partner.

We strongly advise other affiliates to exercise caution before sending traffic to them. Make sure that every agreement is documented clearly, keep records of all communications, and be prepared for possible payment disputes.

In our opinion, if a company can ignore signed agreements and its own Terms & Conditions whenever it becomes financially convenient, it cannot be considered a trustworthy long-term partner.

Oh my God, they actually emailed me recently saying they wanted to cooperate, and I was already seriously considering their offer.
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. I’m really glad I recently found this forum and registered here. There is a lot of genuinely useful information, including insights about potential partners.
