Warning of WildAffiliates - Incorrect statistics

We would like to share our bad experience with Wild Affiliates regarding an incorrect tracking of one of our players.

We promoted their offer in our Casino community and got some registrations. One of our members registered through website and deposited afterwards due to the transparent review we published about their Wunderino Casino.

Since we couldn't find any updates on our account at WildAffiliates, we contacted our account manager. Before this incident, we already had registrations and deposits by our users. According to the account manager, the player account is tagged under another Affiliate. The mentioned reason is that this was caused by 2-weeks saving cookies. Afterwards, we contacted our community and we talked to the respective player.

As he said he never heard about Wunderino before and he was convinced about the brand after reading our review. He navigated on our site casinozentrum.de and noticed the good rating of 89% of the Wunderino review. Therefore, he registered an account with Wunderino by clicking on our Affiliate link.

Another member of our community was sitting next to him and witnessing him during the whole process. This occured on the 27th of August 2019 und a bigger 4-digit amount was deposited.

Unfortunately, the Affiliate Manager is not willing to help us and insists on the previously mentioned questionable reasons. Due to this unprofesional behaviour and intransparent information, we will determine our partnership with WildAffiliates in case we do not find a solution soon.

I have no association to WildAffiliates. I don't promote their band(s). In fact, never heard of them before your post.

Is the aff deal you have Rev-Share, CPA or Hybrid?

However this could be your problem right here:

Different aff programs use different "cookie" time-frames. Some are overwritten by the last referrer. Others have a 30 days life-span. While other program use different time-frames.

WildAffiliate use a 2-week cookie time-frame.

Unfortunately, the Affiliate Manager is not willing to help us and insists on the previously mentioned questionable reasons.

Why would the AM help you if they have a 2 week cookie life. He's told you this player is tagged to another affiliate, and why.

It's not like your AM has no record of the player... That's generally a good indication something is dodgy. However, you've admitted you gained "some" registrations, so obviously WildAffiliates aren't stealing from you.

This "player" you speak of, has obviously visited Wunderino (within a 2 week period) before clicking on your banner/link/whatever... Maybe he/she forgot, who knows... Going on your story, seems WildAffiliates have been wrongly accused here!

FYI - some programs do not allow "friends", family members, business associates etc., etc., to signup and play under an affiliate's tag. IDK, just seems you have some sort of relationship with this "player". I'd be careful if that's the case, given the aforementioned information. A program would be within its T&C rights to terminate an agreement IF... you are colluding with friends et al, and referring them as tagged players

There's no comment section for players/members on the Wunderino Review Page:

How does one know a certain player (assuming this person is a stranger) has deposited, and then garish this information from that player? Especially when there's no "forum" or by the looks of it, NO type of player comment interaction on your site.

Operators are paying high CPA's for a good player value

If I was a cynical person, I might start to think your on a CPA (Hybrid) and are incentivising players to deposit...And you only found out this information, after the player did not receive his incentive payment from you, for making a deposit...

For me all situation is completely stange How come you know 2 people who just started to make a registration and one is a withness.

So , you just tested them cookies duration and if you know such sensitive information about the amount of deposit it is a definite breach with the T&C's of any bookies or casino. By submitting this you might get your account closed.

Due to such practices maney aff prrograms strained and made everything more strict.

@ Aussie Dave - I have to agree with you that it is CPA Frud situation, stimulating players to deposit big, get some percentage of their deposit back and if the cookies last 2 week and player clicked afterwards on another site - **** happens.

Advise form a former punter, @ casinozentrum - making arbitrage or hedge bets will make your life easier.

Also Wild Affiliates are very regular at Conferences, get straight to their stand and speak clear...

To clarify - the community is not in relation to casinozentrum (there is no forum). Additionally (against your fraud thinkings), why should we (if it was a player in relation) as a player to loose a big 4 digits sum? There is no and no positive side if we would do so. This was just a Highroller in our community who never saw the website before (so never clicked on a link like this before). Dunno why should we take the time and write an article here, if it is fraud or not true?
