    Default Website Review Request

    Hello everyone,
First post in these forums but I have long been plugging away at my affiliate based website! Please have a browse and let me know your feedback and where it can improve. Currently, the site attracts around 100 people per day but getting those views to translate to leads is proving hard! I'm open to opportunities or partnerships if anyone wants to lend a hand or exchange expertise

It is a good site, but there is nothing jumping out at me as a wow factor. I like the favicon, the logo, but the slogan "putting a new spin on gambling" I am not sure if I like that or not. The reason I say that is because you have poker, casino, bingo, sports, free bets, you are all over the place. Perhaps separate it into sub-domains?

There is very little content, I see the the forum tab but it says page not found.

My first site was a review site that promoted everything. I separated sports, casino, poker, ext.

The thing you need big time right now is to get good content on a regular basis, I see you have a subscription news letter, this can be helpful.

Overall, the design is nice, no wow factor for me but that may be my taste. The thing that doesnt sit right is that one of the first things i see is putting a new spin on gambling and I dont see any new spins. Perhaps you can provide some examples of how you are putting a new spin on gambling, make a section for that. My Two Cents. Good Job, Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the advice, I have fixed the forum error but have a few questions..
What is wrong with having offers from Bingo, Casino, Games, Poker and Sports? Each of these has their own category within this one domain as it is so wouldn't understand why it would need a sub-domain too?
I just need to figure out a better homepage and have a better way to compare offers. Is it good to use the wordpress plugin 'woocommerce' for comparing betting offers?

I agree not a lot of wow factor but it is a clean site and speed wasn't too bad.

I do think you need more content on the reviews.

I do not recall that I ever heard about anyone using woo commerce to compare offers, but let us know if you do try that as I wouldn't mind seeing how you impliment it.

I suspect that maintaining the site as it is - just betting offers - isn't going to work unless you do something different. I could find the same info (and thousands of other searchers could too) on a hundred/thousand other sites (arguably/probably better presented). I think you're on the right track looking for better ways to present the info, but you'll probably need to find something else that makes you stand out.

That said, if you're getting 100 a day you have a chance of some conversions....depending on....

Do you know how they're arriving? What they're searching for? Where from?

If you have that info you may be able to do something that will appeal to them without major rework...but that depends on how they're arriving.

I am giving you constructive criticism. The challenge IMO with all of those topics is managing to put out new content on a daily basis, if that is what you want to do.
You do not need a sub-domain or separate domains. I suggested this because you may be able to use them for your seo. Sub-domains are a great if you know you to use them to increase your serps.
As far as separate domains are concerned, you do not need them. The reason I said you might want to take it into consideration is because you may be able to get “more marketable” domains for each niche. Another thing is if you purchase separate hosting plans for each domain you may be able to use that to your advantage to off page seo.

Thanks for all the help everyone, I'm trying to figure out what else I can add to the site to make it stand out. What more can I do than just reviews to make a visitor to turn into a lead?
One of my weaknesses is understanding analytics and adjusting accordingly. I'm openly looking for a web partner to help in this area, so if you can help, get in touch!

The site is clean and I like thet very much, and I think you should make the offers(banner ads) stand out.
The convertion depends also on the keywords that are driving your traffic, you should think about that

I belive you have too much promotion and the affiliate deals takes too much attention. When you end up in this page, you have to think also, that this page is usefull for more than promoting a specific Casino. But ofcause, if it is just about getting a high CTR for your affiliate partners, I think it will Work out weel - I sould just personally prefer some more text.

I like the site. The only thing that I would change is having at least one standout offer above the fold. I have a normal screen-size and the 888 offers are cut in the middle.

Thanks for the advice, I'm working on a redesigned homepage as I don't really like it myself either. I've spotted I had two h1 tags per post so am starting work on rectifying those. Do any of you on here use wordpress for creating a gambling affiliate website? I would be interested in knowing what themes and plugins you use?

Don't use Wordpress myself ...so this will be light on usefulness maybe, but FWIW:

Suggest use a Responsive theme - mobile traffic is growing all the time
Search forums (this and others) . Sure I've seen posts before that explain all this.

I have converted two of mine to wordpress. I use a basic template that it comes with and script around it. I was trained by an old school casino vet so my sites aren't too dynamic with offers, but the content and information is there and they are now web2.0. Woo commerce may work with what you are looking to do, but my experience, unless you plan to re-code or code from scratch a layout around it, the themes that work with them are very limited.

As far as your site, I like it; however, the first thing that I noticed is the load time. I tested this multiple times and the average is 5 seconds of white screen before anything is displayed.
the other thing that has been mentioned is content. It seems to me the site is all offers and little content. The content that is available is small text that's over powered by large images and lots of "white space."

Other than those things, it's a good layout and design.

My site is responsive and the theme itself can hold back on what I can do with the white space.I'll crack on with making regular content
