    Default Website Templates

I can design my own sites, but I have been using WordPress because it simplifies the process with templates and plugins. However, I am debating on what direction I am going to go with the sportbook review site I am starting on.

Does anyone know of any templates for a review site?

    Thanks!

They actually have both HTML and WordPress templates. Although I am looking to make a sportsbook review site, I could customize them for my needs.

If anyone else know of any other places to look at templates, let me know.

Try templatemonster.com - You have to pay for them, but at least you don't have to link back to another site

I have been using casinotemplates.org templates for my own casino blogs and they actually create a very good and professional design for your sites. Actually you can get one for free.

Thank everyone for the suggestions for site.

I checked all of them out. I found some templates with stuff that I like and some that I didn't. When it came down to it, I decided to make my own WordPress template.

This is the my first attempt at designing a template, and it is going slowing, lol. Please check it out at www.onlinegamblingdepositbonus.com. Feedback is welcomed!

I have several gambling articles that I have written and will rewrite them for this site. I am also going to add some other articles as well.

    you can try www.dreamtemplate.com
You pay a one off fee (about $59) i think and you can download as meany templates as you wish, HOWEVER there are very few gambling templates so you would have to get a little creative on the graphics side!

Well I finished my first attempt at a making a Wordpress template at www.onlinegamblingdepositbonus.com. I started with the template I use for my forum site (site in my signature). This is what I love about using WordPress for a website. It organizes everything and all it takes is basic CSS knowledge to manipulate the the columes and images so simply. And the wide variety of plugins add so many extensions with very little, if at all, coding knowledge.

Anyway, now that I understand more, there will be a redesign coming up after I finish adding content. I have multiple articles I have written that I will add. But I am rewriting them prior to posting so there it isn't duplicate content on any of my sites.

Feedback is welcomed! I need it for my first redesign.

    Hi Sports Investor,

Don't mean to sound like a nag, but did you use someone elses WP layout theme. Even if only as a framework.
Did it require you to maintain the link back to the theme designer? Most do.

I couldn't locate the link back, hence the question.

That's why purchasing a theme is always good investment. You don't have to provide a link back.

    Cheers

As I stated in my previous post, I started out with a template that I have used before and completely changed it (one I purchased). It looks nothing like the the original theme. This would negate the need for any backlinks itself if it wasn't a purchased theme in the first place.

As for backlinks, most free templates do not require it. They simply as for a backlink. Hell other ones don't even as for that much.

I have found many WordPress templates in the past that did require back links.

2nd attempt is better than the first. Did a complete redesign and built a template from the bottom up.
