Weird Revenuenetwork glitch?

So let me start by saying I'm a smaller affiliate. Last month one of my players got hot in the casino and he was really hurting my month, but today I logged into see how June finished up and his NGR and Income are both set to $0 when they should totally be negative the casino NGR is -30k. Does anyone know why this would not punish me? Is there some kind of big winner rule I don't know about on Revenuenetwork or something?

casino is usually reset each month, some also carry a high roller policy and quarantine the player.

I think the player maybe quarantined because they're playing this month but income is still showing 0. I bet he'll have to clear the negative balance before I see any money from them. Thank you for the reply

Seen this before too, if it's a no negative carryover deal then they don't want to be writing off the bad month then paying you if he gives it all back and ends up at net zero. Makes sense I guess.

Yeah that seems totally fair and reasonable. He had like 195k handle in the casino. If he keeps up that amount of play I'll be happy.
