Yes, and unfortunately it's only a promotion interview (with who?!) that was placed on Ask Gamblers, and I cannot find it somewhere else. Sorry, but I have seen to much the last years. The exact amount was $46,336.00. If someone else can find a 2nd source, e.g. a statement of the player in social networks or something like that, then please post it here. I will be very thankfully for it.

There is no need for approval.

Just go to your account, than affiliate tab, and create affiliate profile. Than add link, and it's done, you can use it

As for MG - unfortunately for now we do not have their games
