About LinkBacksI'm very pleased to announce that Loriann Sheridan has joined the GPWA as a new staff member. You'll see her here in the forums as "GPWA Loriann."
Loriann has a wide variety of responsibilities, but her primary goal will be to make sure the GPWA is doing a good job of providing quality customer service to all of our members. Her background is in providing customer service, and she has worked in call centers doing that for many years.
If you apply for private membership she'll do the initial work to make sure we have the right portal sites listed for you and adding your application to the queue for processing. And if there are changes in which portal sites are yours, she'll take care of making the updates so your profile links to all of your current sites.
If you're an affiliate program representative, she'll take care of making sure your profile is linked to the right affiliate program, and will handle keeping your sponsor program information and materials up-to-date.
She is also responsible for overseeing GPWA Times magazine subscriptions, and following up if you tell us you have moved or if the postal services notifies us of an address change or sends them back because it is unable to deliver them.
