What currencies do you receive payment in as an affiliate?

Online gaming is a global industry. So as affiliates we operate using a variety of currencies, and accept payments of affiliate earnings in one or more currencies. And operators and players operate in a very wide variety of currencies.

In a multi-currency world, there are costs associated with currency conversions. For that reason, it can be advantageous to maintain bank accounts in a variety of currencies.

For this week's poll, I have listed the top ten most used currencies in the world (in order by rank), and ask which of those currencies you use directly by maintaining a bank account in that currency.

Personally, I have found that by maintaining accounts in several currencies the overall cost of banking can be reduced. Once set up, the cost of receiving funds in a local account in a local currency are frequently lower than the cost of foreign transactions in that currency, and the cost of converting funds between different currencies can frequently be structured to be substantially less than what the typical bank charges for converting more transactions for lesser amounts.

I receive payments only in euros. Some of the affiliate programs count the revenue in GBP but they payout in euro and calculate it on the daily exchange rates.

I used to get the majority of payments in USD but have noticed over the last 6 months or so that many of the Aff Programs now pay in Euros so I am considering opening some multi currency accounts. It makes sense because in my case being in NZ - I get paid in Euros which gets converted to USD ( cost 1 ) in my ewallet which then gets converted into NZD when it hits my bank account ( cost 2 ) so I am probably paying a fortune in conversion fees.
