What Happened to Disavow?

[TravG]

I wanted to update my disavow file to upload to Google but now I do not see it anywhere in GWT. Did they move it? Delete it? I have a couple of crap sites linking 100's of times to my main website in an effort to spam it I guess and try to get the ranking down. It may be working a little unfortunately so I wanted ti update that file.

If anyone knows anything about it please let me know.

Thanks - Travis

I found where to upload this - its weird that you cant get to it from your GWT account. I had to Google "disavow links" and then I could upload it??
