Arrow What the heck does that mean?

My website is targeted to German speaking people only and over 90% of all visitors are roulette players. Roulette Zeitung is no banner farm or other crap without any value for the readers. It's filled with high quality articles round about roulette, gambling math and casino incidents.

What I know for sure is, that the majority of German players don't like it if the spins will be generated by RNG (Random Number Generator). They don't trust RNG. Every casino without live dealer should stay away from Germany. One reason is the RNG fun modus. A German article about the difference between fun modus and real money modus (http://www.dertrend.com/systeme_im_r...fun_modus.html) is one more argument for German players to prefer live dealer. On the other side, every one is able to catch his own spins for testing with a real RNG generator (https://www.random.org/integers/). You only need to change the value from 1-100 to 0-36 and columns from 5 to 1.

I am promoting Europartners and Interpartners on the same level on the Roulette Zeitung. Normally roulette players have to prefer Interpartners. They have the better bonus terms for roulette players, because roulette is not a prohibited game for wagering bonus.

And yet, rationally speaking: Why the results are different, and what the heck does that mean?

Some statistics over the last time:

    Interpartners
13% of clicks come to a player registration.
But 0% of new players made a deposit.

    Europartners:
6.5% of clicks come to a player registration.
And 37.5% of new players made a deposit.

You see, exactly (!) twice as much visitors, clicking on a link, registered at Intercasino, but obviously something is different to the Europartners brands. They convert good in the moment after the players opened an account.

My first thought was again the live dealer problem, but Interpartners have also live dealer. So this could not be the answer to the question.

Both have live chat ... but ... what the heck is this?

    Intercasino
    Clicking on live chat button
    Message:

    "Ich bin dein persönlicher Croupier"

Translated: "I am your personal dealer"

    ???

    Hello?

Here in Germany no dealer was ever sitting at the phone, live chat or something like that. The dealer is sitting or standing at his roulette wheel since over 200 years and this is his only place in casino universe for him.

It's just gimmicky to say to a German visitor that a "personal dealer" is speaking to him via casino live chat on the frontpage of the casino. Then you can also say to the visitors "I am your personal Easter Bunny". That makes no difference.

Is this the reason for the different results?

I am sitting here today in total 2 hours to find the reason for the different results. My website can't be the answer, because we are talking about players, that have registered an account. The question is, why no one at Interpartners brand is depositing money and 37.5% are doing that at the Europartners brands?

This is no long run statistics but reason enough to think about.

I would sign up to both and not deposit and see how they differ with crm.

also check landing pages and test both sites on phones, tablets and pc's.

"I would sign up to both and not deposit and see how they differ with crm."
    Thank you for your advice.
Many things before player registration are under my control, and I am responsible for it. But one second after she/he registered, I -as a webmaster- have no bearing on the decision to deposit or not, and exact that period of time is important for me.
Regarding Europartners and deposit decisions ... I can't complain!
But 0% at Interpartners is really strange.
But again: Thank you for your advice. This is a good suggestion.

"test both sites on phones, tablets and pc's."
Our mobile phone is 8 years old and will be used once a month. O.k., the antenna is not as long as you might think, but Internet is foreign word to that very old machine.
A tablet would be wonderful for our cats, because they will be happy to found a new sleeping place and an ideal substitute for scratching post after waking up.
So my also old pc is the only alternative, but that's better than living without any access to electricity.

It sounds to me as if Inter is having tracking problems. Maybe their "dealer" is responsible for spinning the wheel, answering support questions, and crediting affiliate accounts with conversions?

It is a real shame that they no longer have an active, participating rep here to discuss the issues with. Then again, that too could be the "dealer's" responsibility.

To me it sounds much more like the age old situation where some properties perform much better on some sites than others.

This is even more true when one has either a lot more content for any property or group, or their writing is much more positive toward a single property or group. Also, if one has more positive content for a single property or group at other websites, the traffic may have clicked through after reading that content at a different site.

Looking at the specific numbers above, it also could show that the payment methods used at Interpartners, (or at least the ones displayed and promoted more prominently) are not nearly as highly regarded by your specific visitors as others might be.

Like suffolkpoker suggested, it probably has more to do with that follow-up after signup.

Well ... Intercasino is offering Paypal as a deposit method also on their German main page. Visitors of the casino can see Paypal logo unambiguous together with other deposit methods, and offering Paypal especially for German players is a great advantage compared to other brands, because here in my country Paypal steadily grow in importance.

The problem: After signing-up the player notice, that Paypal is not available for German players.

    Geez!

On the Europartners brands you can use the deoposit options also as a German that are listed on the main page.

I know, this is only one puzzle piece for the answer, but one piece is more worth than nothing for now.

Also worth wondering about - are all the clicks to Inter from your site being recorded? There's a bingo program (that was purchased by their parent company) that simply cannot or does not track most mobile clicks. Many of the untracked clicks looked like they had potential to convert - but we'd log into the affiliate program and nothing, not even a click showed. I'm not saying they're stealing or shaving, but they've been alerted of the issue several times over - and first alerted a long time ago... They are very slow to implement a fix.

    Interesting point about PP.

If in fact it is not available to German players as a deposit method, it should not be so prominent, or it should have a disclaimer.

This sounds like an issue you should raise with Interpartners, as I am fairly sure they do NOT monitor the Europartners threads.

I'm fairly certain they're not monitoring much of anything here lately.

I have removed Interpartners brands from my Roulette Zeitung today.
For me Income Access is like glowing swamp gas.
