Default What are the rules on asking members for services?

Hello. I am new here and I would like to ask the members to provide me with a certain service through PM. Is that within the forum rules? I can't find any rulebook page anywhere(even in the wiki)

If a member advertises certain services, such as article writing etc (see the other marketing offers) by al means respond in their thread or contact them by PM (Private Message)

The method of just blindly approaching members by PM for services they do not suggest as offering in a post or thread could be considered unsolicited or a for of PM Spam.

    EG:
Spamming everyone asking for a link exchange would be WRONG.

Sorry, but this really has to be said....

I hope two BicMac from BurgerKing are enough
That would be quite the accomplishment....LOL
    BigMac (MacDonald)
    Whopper (Burger King)

But we did get what you meant....

Ironically, when I am making tech service calls to any of my restaurant clients, before creating their invoice I often ask, "Are you feeding me as well?"
