What traffic can be received from Google?

[vitaly]

1)What traffic can be received on request from one keywoards from Google?
My site long time was the leader on request "virtual casino". Occupied 3-5 positions.
On this request daily clicks only 1-3 per day.
Such quantity of clicks on all keywoards, concerning to a casino? Or I made an emphasis not on that keywoards?
What words more popular (more often visit)?
2)What traffic can be received on a site from Google?
200-300 per day is normally or a little?
(For sites about casinos)
Thanks.

200-300 per day

200-300 per day on very targeted and serious keywords is very HARD to obtain (at least for a single site, if you start by now - no doubt that those who started 6 years ago can have this result).

You should concentrate on an expanded list of targeted three words phrases - there are now too much competition and new sites are not very liked at Google, plus results are less and less predictible, apart if you do black SEO.

Also, add lots of content.

but 200-300 per day... Start to target around 20-30 (on quality keywords), that will be already good.

There is not too much traffic on gambling/casino keywords. For example, I have been on first page for "internet gambling", and first for "internet gambling guide" for quite some time (now on the 2nd page for internet gambling), and I was receiving around 3-4 clicks per day. Funny thing is that when small PPCs delivers more traffic than Google on same keywords.

at my best days i had 7K hits/day from google.
gambling is very hard niche for SEO imho.

7,000 hits a day? Free or Paid hits? What terms?

[Maxfalcon]

7K a day for gambling terms, IMO, it's impossible, apart if you are in the top five of all terms: gambling, online gambling, casino gambling, online casino, casino, roulette, slots, etc...

You must be filthy rich... with 7K google hits on gambling terms you should earn at least 50K per month...

'

Make that 500k if the terms are gambling specific and do not include searches for free games.

Free games searches are bleeding useless

I've never heard of anyone getting 7K hits a DAY from Goog - has anyone else?

It's not uncommon in the adult biz, and I think one or two mainstream sites may get it - hotels.com for example. I wouldn't have thought that casino players used search engines in the same way though.

hotels.com is no1 on google for "hotels" out of 234 million pages

Porn, I can understand, but not our industry. Gamblers tend to be a little more specific with their gambling terms, I think, which narrows the field right there.
