What is up with the SERPS?

Looks like it has gone crazy, not the usual update but certain keywords "quite a few" will have the same brand with 7 out of the 10 results.. and only 10% seems to match the search, not just gambling related but across the board, I can no longer find what i need even using a direct term, just shown completely unrelated results

Seeing the same, sites that are completely US focussed are now ranking higher in the UK serps. A lot of movement going on these past few days new sites coming in for a few hours then dropping back out again.

Pretty much all, for all industries.. I have also noticed every single one of my no follow no index 301 redirect affiliate links has also shown up in the serps.. looks like the junk data set, but most importantly SERP overcrowding with some companies taking 4-7 spots 90% irrelevant just the keyword.. it looks broke or the start of something ?

First and second page cluttered with paid google ads for casino related terms the systen is far from broken but only more corrupt.

Almost seems like some kind of quality update in some smaller GEOs. Just a general sense of some more quality sites taking up a bigger share of top serps.

Some of my non-gambling websites with a lot of good articles are suddenly on the first page, I see some changes in other industries as well, so something is definitely going on.

Should be fine for those with responsive designs, but will be interesting to see how this impacts in reality.

I mean it would be worth of looking at the weird highranking sites if they do not do something better for mobiles.

I saw ranking changes too mainly drops - from top of page 2 for "football betting tips" to page 5- I swapped things around a bit and I'm now back on page 2. Strange.
