What would be a nice prize to give to top performing affiliates? Cash? Ipads? What is hot right now?

Cash or you should be able to get gadgets on very interesting deals.
I would prefer a gadget worth 500 dollar instead of 250 dollar cash for example but I also would prefer 400 dollar cash instead of a gadget worth 500 dollar.
