Where are July payments?

Your payment details changed to something that didn't match your account, so you were sent an email from Helene to confirm the new details. Since you didn't confirm the details your payment was not sent in case someone had gotten into your account and changed them to their own - this has happened in the past and this is a security measure we take to ensure we are not sending your money to someone else.

If you could check your account and get back to Helene letting her know your details are correct we will send out the payment.

I didn't received that e-mail but I've checked the payment addy on file (payments@robcook.net) and all seems fine. Thanks for the precaution though.

The email on your account looks like it's correct - it's the one that you've had for years.
FYI the email was sent on 16th May. Could have gone to spam.

In any case, Helene will have the payment sent out today.
