    What software does it use?
    Does it have a license?
    If yes, is the license wholly owned, or is it a shared license of the main operator?
    Where is it hosted?
    Can the site be moved and self-hosted, or must it stay hosted where it is?
    What are the current hosting costs?

    The long and short of it is... While Label purchased. Operating less than 6 months. No longer interest in marketing to EU "sphere" as he puts it.

    My version... Penny has dropped it's a bad investment. Now trying to off-load said WL to another naive sucker!
