Default Who do the operators hire for design/development?

I'm sure many established brands and even startups have full time dedicated help for design and development, but I'm also wondering if there is any agencies or firms out there that specifically cater to gambling website design and development?

Any one know of any "well established" firms out there that specialize in our industry? Just curious if such a thing even exists.

Yes, I can also suggest eyenod - good work and pricing is reasonable. If you are getting custom design, be sure they include the copyright license.
