William hill does not pay its partners

After switching to IA Williamhill didn't pay their affiliates for January month.
As far as I know, no one received a payment. One my friend didn't receive in January and December also.
Managers say that this delay occurred due to the switch to a new platform and the payment should be processed in the nearest future.
But the "nearest future" is a relative concept and no one knows when it will be, they don’t say any time frames.
In addition, there is a problem with CPA deals. Players are either not calculated or calculated but not all.
Before, there were no such problems and William Hill regularly paid but now I see that it’s not worth cooperating with them yet.
In any case, now they have to pay me for two months. I would like to ask you for advice - is there any way to make them pay if they refuse to do it by themselves?

It seounds like a general problem which affect all affiliates. William Hill is a big operator and they have no reason not to pay you or any other affiliate.

I got information from manager that some affiliates got their payments, but if you look at the total number of partners, then this is a tiny part of successful payouts. Is there really no people on this forum that WilliamHill also did not pay their money? I ask you to write in this thread.

Didn't pay me, but I got feedback from support. I needed to submit my bank details again. I did it and hope to get my money very soon.

...also theres missing stats between Feb 01 and Feb 10

I only earned around 400 in January, but they paid. WH is very risky business. I had first class service and top responses when I was leading lots of business, but once my pages got hit by the stupid Google algorithm update and my performance got worse, they hardly ever replied to emails. If you don't have any big players with them, stop promoting. They have this 4 months rule and that might take away all your earnings

Perhaps the type of deal is very important. I know friends that also have CPA deals with WH and they have the same situation.
And the people who were paid most likely have net revenue deals or hybrid. Please confirm my guesses?
In addition, I would like to ask - does anyone have experience in receiving their payments through a UK financial obmudsman?

Just search the forum a bit there are a few long threads about William Hill and the issues many affiliates have had over the years, and how they treated many affiliates that promoted them for YEARS.

20.03.2020 I received email from WilliamHill with such information: "Your upcoming payment is now due to take place on the 30^th March 2020 and will include all activity generated from the 1^st – 10^th February 2020 on our previous platform, Net Refer."
Today they didn't pay anything and say some crap about random traffic check and so on.
I know people who also worked with williamhill and were not paid for three months.
I was not paid for two months (January, February). I am not interested in their internal problems, I want to get paid for my work.
Me and the rest of the affected partners prepare a complaint to the UK Ombudsman and also select a law firm to represent our interests in court.
I make sure they don’t pay money by themselves and no way to get money without an external stimulator.
Partners who also suffered from william hill send me private message via forum please. Together we will represent our interests.

Filing a complaint with the UK Ombudsman will likely be a futile experience.

They said they would pay on the 30th, and since it is just now the 30th you may possibly still get paid. Depending on your payment method it may take a day or two to show up and you may be a bit hasty in assuming they are not paying you although based on history that may be.

I used to work with them many years ago when they were much better and fair to their affiliates and they were honestly worthy of promoting back in the day. I'm glad I'm no longer working with them as they have too many issues going on. A friend of mine who still works with them is not doing very well with them these days and his conversions have dropped significantly. Things never have to be this way for any affiliates. We only want to be paid what is rightfully ours and we all work hard for it. But as Rick said, it's only the 30th of the month and you should just give them a little bit more time

There was a time when they really cared a lot about affiliates but they decided already a long time ago not that affiliates are not so important anmyore and focus more on other things. Anyway we dont work with them anymore.

Still didn't pay anything. And the thing that scares me is that they did not pay for January - when there was no transition to IA.
For now i know more than 50+ affiliates that they didn't pay. Most of them ( i think all of them) stopped their work with WilliamHill,but the company owes money. Please advise a lawyer who can send a lawyer's request and represent interests in court?

Very few cases have a chance against ANY affiliate program.

As I see all the affiliates that work with WH in CPA system they did not pay, I talked to some friends and no one received it for a few months (since Feb), when I joined the chat they always inform that there is a random traffic review and as soon as they have an answer they will contact you, which never happens.
I think it is impossible to receive anything from them now, the stats have not worked since there was a platform migration and the stats have also been lost in this migration.
