It amazes me how errors always happen with large wins. I don't the laws where these winnings happened but if it were me I would do whatever I could to keep them.

“William Hill has begged customers to return withdrawals.” Good luck with that. I assume they have evidence of the technical error and its relation to each specific win, but how do you explain it to an average player who genuinely believes they won, based on what they saw on their end?

We usually see people coming up with questionable claims to try to get money out of companies, but in this case, I think the operator is going to be the one who ends up assuming the loss.
