WinADay/Slotsland Roulette issue

Hey everyone,

Recently we were approached by a player who claimed to have had some abnormal results when playing Roulette at WinADay casino. We conducted some testing that showed their issue to be valid.

The issue only occurs when playing only one wheel on either of the Roulette games at WinADay/Slotsland casinos and results in the player being unable to win on straight up bets. We have alerted the casino to the issue and they have confirmed the problem, pulled the affected games and are in the process of contacting all affected customers.

Just to finish up, i'd like to say well done to WinADay/Slotsland casinos for acting so swiftly and doing the right thing! It really is great to see a casino step up to the plate when an issue is raise.

Just to update everyone - i've had to review and change the summation of this report as WinADay have decided to refund the losses as a bonus rather than cash. To be fair the bonus is larger than the cash loss, but this should have been offered to the players as an alternative rather than their default position.
