How do you mean, like big winning bets from their punters? Some will post them as a PR exercise on social media & on news/blog sections of their site.

I think about websites where winnings are publishing. Some tipster who want to improve his Good tips, could show screen with winning.

Such info is posted only on Socials, kind of a advertisment for bookies. If any bookie is showing that, can get a very solid fine.
