    Default Winter Driving

Over the holidays had a lot of winter driving between Montreal and Toronto. Roads were icy, slush, freezing rain. Many cars and trucks in ditch, flipped over and often highways closed. Amazing how many people don't take care when driving and continue to speed and drive erratically even when passing flipped cars in the ditch.

The roads were so bad we eventually stopped and got a hotel room until roads were better in the morning. Certainly the best choice since I did not have to go looking for my car in the ditch in the morning.

    Drive safely everyone!

I know what you mean, I'm from Idaho and we get a ton of visitors from all over (or the people who live here leave for the holidays so the first few days of break and the last few are hectic) There have been a few times over the last few weeks where I wonder if I should try and seek shelter for the night (haha) but we usually push through and hope for the best. Safe travels!
