HELP! Returned Mail from Doyles Room Support

Before I go apeshit, has anyone ever seen or had this happen to them? I checked with the Spamcop site and my IP address is not in their data base (I don't spam anyway). The strange thing is Monique emailed me and I replied from the same email. She replied back and when I sent a reply to that message this started happening again. This is the only email address this is (and has ever) happening to me this way.

The last problem I had with accessing Casino Titan was traced back to a Spybot program I was using so I'm investigating this real close to see if the problem just might possibly be on my end. I have emailed Monique at Doyles Room for two days and now all of a sudden, her email is kicking back to me also (monique @ dbpn.com) (She is aware of the situation)

I am in touch with Monique at Doyles Room through my Skype IM so getting through to them is not the problem right now. I am really perplexed by all of this.

Anybody savvy?

It is a bit weird - but it does clearly seem to be a spambot block doesn't it?

I don't have much idea how spambot works - but I doubt that it would be uniquely based on ip address as emails can get routed many different ways - and so I would expect that lists of spammer domains and email ids are also maintained.

If you do send out commerical email at all - or list your email address on site then is possible that one of your emails has been flagged for spam by a spambot user - or maybe just that a spammer has used your domain name as a "faked" email address ...

You could test that idea by replying back to doyles simply using a different email address - if it gets through then it looks like your email address - if it is also blocked then it doesn't look like a problem at your end.

After that - I'm out of ideas too ...

Well I have never sent out commercial email but the hacking IP address is a possibility but like I said I checked the Spamcop website and my IP is not listed, that's the strange part. I hope the IT guys a Doyles Room come up with something and it's just blocked on their end. it is a strange problem for sure

Sometimes it's the links in the email that cause the flags to go up. Try removing all the links from the email and resend. It could also be the subject title. Or too many capital letters... email spam filters are sometimes too sensitive these days.

I recently sent an email to another member here who is on my safe list (and I'm on his) but his spam filter rejected my mail because of one link... bookmakers.com... once I removed the link, my mail cleared no problem. I guess bookmaker is flagged for some reason and that caused my problem.
