WordPress plugin for gambling addiction test

I am looking for something different - a plugin that will perform a gambling addiction test for my customers. Well, something like this:

Don't know of one...and haven't thought this through...but maybe you could just create your own and put it all in a table instead if you don't find what you're looking for.

Sounds like a really good plugin to add more authority in Responsible Gambling, will defo try to put it out in one of my sites.

Wow, I didn't even know there was one. Two years since the last update is not so much, especially for a test. Nevertheless, I think you could get nice results by taking the idea and creating your own.

I don't see a website listed in your profile, so I can't say something more specific. However, for instance, creating a test to determine the user's gaming style would be an intriguing idea that could attract traffic to your website, which you can then redirect to other subpages.
