Perhaps WP-Security it comes with Website Defender as well. In addition make sure that you don't have db folders in your FTP, and if you do make sure they have index.php file or .htaccess file to deny indexing and stuff. You can restrict folders being crawled via your robot.txt as well.

    Regards,

Thanks xecutable, yesterday I tried with secure wordpress and website defender was included. After a scan its says that there is a suspicious PHP code, but how I know if it is malicous.

Did you use a free gambling template for your website. Usually these templates insert encrypted links in footer or sidebar. If there is something like this then website defender will detect that code.

Look into footer.php or functions.php for some encrypted code. It should look like a long string of random characters.

I had a few reports, about updating various php files, but all worked out fine. If you can paste the exact code, perhaps I can tell you more. Not everything that Website defender reports is true.
