I don't think there is such thing. However, you could check the number of outgoing links on the page, the page rank and the size of the content. It also matters if the content is related to the link.

In my opinion the worth is relative. It all depends on the keyword, program being promoted, conversions, and demographics. I am sure many other more experienced webmasters will say there are many, many more variables. The underlining "value" is all based on these factors.
