WTO Ruling / Caribbean Poker Classic

If you haven't already heard, the WTO ruled on the online gambling
dispute today.

The WTO, on 10 November 2004, issued the report of a panel that had
examined Antigua and Barbuda's complaint against United States - Measures
affecting the cross-boarder supply of gambling and betting services (DS285).
