    Default WTO ruling delayed

Reuters is reporting that the WTO ruling on how much Antigua and Barbuda will receive from the U.S. in damages for its victory in an online gambling trade dispute has been delayed. News of the delay came from a spokeswoman for the U.S. Trade Representative's office, not the WTO.

Mark Mendel says they'll find out when the ruling will be issued on Monday ... more from Reuters.

Mark Mendel, a private attorney representing Antigua, said he was told the WTO was putting the final touches on the report, which also needs to be translated.

"They'll let us know on Monday precisely what day to expect it," Mendel said before meeting with House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee Chairman Charles Rangel, a New York Democrat, and other lawmakers to discuss the case.
