Are you a daily fantasy sport site affiliate?

Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) sites have been a hot topic recently. For some time DFS had evolved as a form of online wagering that had successfully positioned itself as not being the sort of online gambling activity that was illegal in the United States. That positioning, together with infusions of venture capital and huge advertising budgets led to rapid growth. Then, in the wake of the scandal of the employee of one DFS site winning a large sum of money playing at another DFS site (and perhaps having and edge based on insider information about what players were doing at the site where the employer worked), the political climate in the United States changed. The aftermath has resulted in Nevada saying a gaming license is required, and in New York saying that offering DFS is illegal. It's no longer the happy situation of a few months ago.
