I've played with it a couple of times & can't seem to make up my mind if it's worth the investment. I'm sure I'll probably have another go

I have found it very successful after some fine tuning but I am not going after high value key words or markets that are obvious so competition is pretty light....Would give details but don't want to get kicked off the platform I am using

@baldidiot - what network did you use? Google?
Does bing allow ppc for igaming?
@alexpratt - would love to pick your brain on the matter, maybe i can help you in some other way? Would you like to have a skype chat? The portal I would like to promote is Swedish, so I don't think we would be in direct competition.
I would really like to setup a igaming internet marketing master-mind group that is not in direct competition and can help each other on the subject.

This already exists at a number of places....I would really like to setup a igaming internet marketing master-mind group that is not in direct competition and can help each other on the subject.
They are called the GIA, GAP, GPWA, AGD, APCW.

PPC is extremely pricey and most companies can't compete with the bookmakers and casinos in term of budget so I doubt many have.

Looking at Google Adsense's CPC for Swedish Market it seems that Google are putting a mark up on iGaming related keywords as there are $5 per click for keywords with relatively no competition.
For most other markets PPC is a good way to send quick traffic to a website and test conversions while SEO takes it's time... Our website is relatively new and we're doing leaps on a good selection of keywords however, I'm starting to wonder how new affiliates with no lists and small budgets are generating a steady stream of traffic ...
