I'm silent with love at your stories. I send strength to all of you. If any of you enjoy reading, please consider reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.

Also, those who rely on anti-depressants, I want you to know that you are strong enough to get by without them, but you need to practice how to do so first. Anti-depressants work in a very EVIL way. They lock your serotonin receptors so that you cannot feel anything above or below "baseline".

Do research, they are the grey paint to your colorful canvas.

    activities which increase serotonin:

    Meditation/Breathing
    Exercise
    Writing
    Art
    Nature Walks
    Music
    Helping others
    Reading

You all have the strength of God/the universe within you. You have infinite power to be and feel what you want, but we forget this and we are told, "no", we are "sick." We are not "sick," we are LOST and we have FORGOTTEN how to find our inner strength.

    Love to you all.

Depression is a terrible thing for anyone to have to put up with. Nobody should have to go through it at all, or even feel like they are abandoned by people and all alone in the world. You literally feel yourself trying to hold on to any meaning of life, if any. It is something that I have had to deal with and let me tell you, it's absolutely a nightmare to have to go through.

I appreciate your kind words, Mandy. They mean a lot to me, and they also give me renewed faith and strength to keep carrying on with life. Everything that you have mentioned in your above post is very helpful and comforting to know. It has a lot of value and meaning to it, too.
